We are hiring an Eastern Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client who offers high-performance, high-reliability semiconductor solutions. They have a wide range of products and package solutions, they cater to civil aerospace, industrial, medical, military, scientific and space applications.

*This is a remote position, ideally looking for a candidate based in the Orlando, FL area. There will be approximately 40% travel outside of Florida covering the East Coast up through Boston, MA.
*Relocation Assistance is available.

Compensation is comprised of base salary plus commission based sales goals and can exceed $200K/yr.

They are looking to hire an Eastern Regional Sales Manager with the following experience:

• Five plus years of sales experience with a semiconductor organization.
• Familiarity in RF Semiconductors, Power Semiconductors.
• Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience with semiconductor sales in the aerospace and defense industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
• Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
• Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff.
• A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends, association needs and possible application to real world projects.
